Promotions are available for the following:
Quickest way to get started on your fitness journey. An abbreviated, free exercise consultation, followed by a custom 1-week program design. It is not intended to be repeated and does not include exercise progressions. This plan is most successful when followed by the selection of a more comprehensive program.
A 4-week comprehensive exercise program that is designed to make strides towards your fitness goals. It includes a free initial exercise consultation to assess your baseline, your needs, and your goals. A 4-week program is delivered with check-ins every 2 weeks to assess progress, address any obstacles, and modify the program as needed.
The 8-week comprehensive exercise program is designed to make strides towards your fitness goals. It includes a free initial exercise consultation to assess your baseline, your needs, and your goals. The exercise programs are generally divided into 4 or 8 week blocks. The specific structure will be between you and your trainer. Check-ins every 2 weeks to assess progress, address any obstacles, and modify the program as needed.
An exercise program will be designed over 12 weeks using the same principles described in the 8-week exercise program. A longer commitment, for a better price.
An exercise program will be designed over 16 weeks using the same principles described in the 8-week exercise program. An even longer commitment, for an even better price, with the most opportunity to change your life.
Consultation time is with an expert trainer that will review your information, goals, and prior fitness history before the session. You will have the chance to discuss a general exercise program, the basics of individualized fitness for you, and address any questions you have. A great option to GETSTARTED.

The Fitness Coach and Companion is for those looking for the highest level of trainer commitment and only those who are ready to commit to their fitness journey at the highest level. The packages include combinations of exercise programming and consultation. There are savings associated with bundling and additional services include:
*All training plans are intended to be completed with your physician or primary care provider's permission.
*Remember, these training services are NOT a replacement to your primary care provider. It is our understanding that your participation in an exercise program has been approved by your primary care provider and that any and all medical needs are to be directed to them.
*De-load weeks or rest weeks may be part of your training program; these will not count towards your weeks of purchased exercise programming. This exception does not apply to the Fitness Companion Service.

**All injuries that impact your ability to exercise, or that occur before, during or after exercise are to be brought to your primary care provider's attention and then to our trainer's
