We pride ourselves on taking no shortcuts in your fitness journey. Our first priority is to 'Do No Harm' and we take no shortcuts in your safety on this journey.

• Before starting a new exercise program, it is important to verify your physical health readiness 
• The American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) uses a standardized questionnaire called the PARQ - click below to see it! Complete the form and send it to trainers.getfit@outlook.com*
• If you are in the Green, you are good to go! If you are in the red, read about getting Medical Clearance below.
• Once you've completed this step, head back over to GET STARTED

*A complete PARQ (and medical clearance, if applicable) is required on file before participation in any paid training service!* - safety first. These are not required for our Free Consultation service!

If you filled out the PARQ, and you were in the RED, Click below for our Medical Clearance form Visit your Primary Care Provider, get the form filled, send it to trainers.getfit@outlook.com , and then LET'S GET STARTED!

If for any reason, your primary care provider does not clear you for exercise: contact trainers.getfit@outlook.com - we are happy to discuss our services with your provider, to earn their trust, and see if there is a safe exercise program for you
